Lahman Capital LLC · Effective 2026-07-31
Lahman Capital LLC ("Lahman Capital," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, consistent with CFTC Regulation 160.
Information we collect
When you request access or become a client, we may collect nonpublic personal information, including: your name, mailing address, email, and phone; account identifiers and your futures broker (Tradovate) account number; subscription and billing information (payments are processed by Stripe — we do not store your card details); and information generated in providing our advisory service.
How we use and share it
We do not sell your information, and we do not share your nonpublic personal information with nonaffiliated third parties for their own marketing. We share it only as needed to provide and service your account, or as permitted or required by law — for example, with:
- your futures broker (Tradovate), to effect trading;
- Stripe, for billing;
- our compliance and accounting service provider, for required regulatory filings and verification;
- our hosting and infrastructure providers, under contract; and
- regulators (NFA, CFTC) and law enforcement, when required.
Should we ever propose to share your information outside these purposes, we will first provide an opt-out notice and honor your choice.
How we protect it
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information — including access controls, encryption of sensitive credentials, encryption in transit (TLS), least-privilege access, monitoring and alerting, and incident response.
Notice and updates
If you are a client, we provide this notice at account opening and annually thereafter. We apply this policy to former clients' information for as long as we retain it. We may update this policy from time to time; the current version is always posted on this page.
